Michael Jacobsen
'Serial entertainment and investment entrepreneur'
Michael Jacobsen is an Australian-born serial entertainment entrepreneur. He holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from UTS in Sydney and a Financial Diploma from the Australian Securities Institute.
He is the Executive Chairman of European Leisure Management Group, an arena, convention centre and stadium management company with operations in the UK and Europe.
He also Chairs Global Entrepreneurs Agency, a social business delivering programs for Governments and agencies sending Start Ups to the UK. GEA has been awarded the contract to undertake trade missions for several countries and also works with Governments and key stakeholders in Central and Eastern Europe to build and grow enterprise ecosystems in those nations. These include the not-for-profit campaign Enterprise Slovakia in Slovakia - the current EU Presidency country.
Michael Co-founded and co-owned (now exited) a global multi-billion dollar entertainment empire underpinned by with the world rights to the Dirty Dancing brand and an entertainment property portfolio(operating some of Australia's leading entertainment arenas and facilities).
Michael also Co-Produced Dirty Dancing on Stage globally, which is the fastest selling show in London's West End history and has grossed over $US 1Billion. It is recognised as one the world's top entertainment properties of all time. He has been involved in the promotion of numerous large-scale concert tours including those by legendary artists Elton John, Usher, Bruce Springsteen and Barbra Streisand.
Michael is a published author, having released 'The Business of creativity' in 2013 through Brightword. Passionate about business education and teaching, he has acted as a Mentor at the Peter Jones Enterprise Academy, was a Visiting Entrepreneur for Start Up Britain, has acted as a Mentor at Techstars London and Financial Technology Accelerator Level 39 and was a Selected Coach for the UK Government's Growth Accelerator. He also acts as an 'elevator' for the Duke of York's Pitch@Palace programme.
Michael has acted as a Non-Executive Director and Advisor to the Boards of several companies and entities including: Australian Centre for Event Management (division of the University of Technology Sydney's Business Faculty), Eclipse Global Entertainment and the Steering Committee of Business Charity NACUE/Create.
Passionate about education, Michael regularly lectures at universities and has recently delivered lectures at the University of Westminster, York St John University, London Metropolitan University and LSE.

Michael Gerondis:

Michael Gerondis has many years of venue experiences as the former General Manager of the Sydney entertainment Centre and an advisor to Michael Jacobsen on the Capitol Theatre, Sydney and the Vector Arena Auckland.
Formerly the Commander of the New South Wales Commercial Crime Unit, Michael is now CEO of Fraud Risk Management which consults to world-leading companies globally, advising them on probity, risk and implementing and managing Codes of Conduct.

Robert Kaufman
Lawyer and international commercial strategist
Robert Kaufman is an Australian entertainment and commercial lawyer with 45 years practicing experience in Australia and New Zealand and by proxy in the UK.
Robert has handled complex property, entertainment and venue legal contracts for the Jacobsen Family and other high profile entertainment companies.
He has acted on transactions involving the Sydney Entertainment Centre, The Capital Theatre Sydney, Singapore Sports Hub and the Brisbane and Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centres.
He also acted in legal matters relating to the Jacobsen's development and operation of Auckland Entertainment Centre. Robert has also acted for the Dirty Dancing UK and global entities as well as concerts and transactions involving Pink, Sir Elton John and Barbra Streisand. He is considered one of the foremost commercial/legal experts on venue development in the world.

George Bedwani Adviser
His extensive experience in the hospitality industry includes the former Sebel Townhouse Sydney, general Manager for Southern Cross Sydney and Melbourne Group, General Manager of Accor's Darling Harbour hotels and General Manager of the Hotel InterContinental in Sydney.
Prior to taking up his current position with Transmetro Corporate Limited, he was General Manager of the Cypress Lakes Resort and Golf and Country Club and the Elysia Health Retreat Hunter Valley.
In 2007 he was appointed by Transmetro Corporation as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the management of Metro Hotel Group's 14 Australian properties, incorporating the Paddy Maguire chain of 3 pubs in Sydney, Adelaide and Perth. Metro Hotels is the public face of Transmetro Corporation, an Australian owned public company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.
